Welcome! My name is Jonathan Isbill and I'm a holistic health educator, fascinated by all things health and wellness in all areas of life - body, mind, and spirit. I'm a registered dietitian with special interests in functional and integrative medicine as well as entrepreneurship.

I started my private consulting business, ZigZag Nutrition with the premise that we're all on a journey, infinitely unique, but remarkably similar. Health is a journey, not a destination and it's something we pursue for all of our lives. We learn to listen to our body, mind, and spirit... recognizing when we need to adjust and adapt along the way. No two people are the same, and neither is their journey of health. Our personal path to health is our own - and so we must own it! :)

I believe each person deserves the chance to live their life to the fullest, learning what they can do to take their health into their own hands!
